We accept return requests within 14 days of receipt of your delivery (aka the date your tracking number says the shipment arrived). Please ensure that items need to be unwashed, undamaged and in their original packaging in the same conditions that you received them to be eligible for a return. Please be delicate when trying on your purchases and watch out for things like deodorant and lotion in order to keep your items in new conditions.

We will refund the money in the same mode as the payment was made. If the payment was by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we will refund in your Credit Card or Net-Banking account.
